Q: Are all of the website templates the same price?

Prices are based on the size of your website, not the design that you choose.

Q: Once I’ve chosen a website template, do I need to do the design work myself?

No. This is not a DIY website. All of the design and building work will be done by our professional website developers and search engine optimization experts.

Please note: This does not mean that we create the website content for you. You are solely responsible for supplying all of the website verbiage, photos, and for approving the design work. If content assistance is needed, we can provide a quote with more information.

Q: Who owns the website?

From the start, you will have access to make changes, edits, or updates to the site at any time. Once the one-year minimum contract is met, you retain full ownership and administrative access to the website.

Q: Do you register my domain name?

No. If you do not have a domain name, you can register one here. We will update the domain name records to point to the new server when the website is ready to go live. You are responsible for renewing the domain name each year.

Q: Who creates the website content?

After your purchase, you will be sent a detailed questionnaire to fill out about your business and services. You as the client are entirely responsible for providing all of the verbiage and any photos of your business, staff, and work. Each plan also comes with a number of stock photos that you are able to choose from. You are responsible for selecting which stock photos to use on your site.

If content creation assistance is needed, we do provide writing services for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

Q: Can I add additional pages to my website?
The Petite plan includes 5 pages and the Grand & Shop plans include 10 pages. If you would like to add additional pages to your plan, there is a one-time fee of $89/page.
Q: Where do your stock photos come from?

Each plan comes with a specific number of stock photos that you can select from DepositPhotos.com. Additional photos can be purchased from us for $10/photo.

You can also use royalty-free photos from websites such as Pixabay, Pexels, Unsplash, and RawPixel.

Q: Do you offer custom website packages or designs?

Yes. Since these websites would each have different needs, we can provide a custom quote after receiving more information via a free consultation.


Q: Is there a minimum term for the website agreement?

Yes, the agreement is for a minimum of one calendar year. After that, you are on a month to month basis.

Q: What is included in the monthly plan?

In addition to the design & SEO work performed on your site initially, your monthly plan includes website hosting, critical software updates, access to our premium WordPress theme, stock photos, high-end security system, and off-site backups. It also includes up to 15 minutes per month of edits to the site.

Q: Can you make updates to my website?

Yes, each plan includes up to 15 minutes per month of edits or additions to the site. Most minor changes can be accomplished within that time. Any other changes beyond that time frame would be billed at our hourly rate, at the end of the month.

Q: What is website hosting?

All websites need a space on a server (or computer) to store the files of your website so they can be accessed by the public 24/7. This is called website hosting.

Q: What are the monthly critical software updates?

Software updates are a crucial part of website maintenance. As with any piece of technology (i.e. computers, cell phones, tablets, etc), the software can eventually go out of date and even obsolete. This can also happen to a website that is not maintained or kept up to date with the latest software.

Q: Why do I need a security system & backups?

We also use a premium security system and off-site backups for the highest protection against a hack, malware attack, and/or security breach. These types of events can have long-term, detrimental effects on search engine rankings and your domain name reputation so we do out best to prevent them.

Q: Can I use my own hosting service?

No. We offer our design and search engine optimization services at extremely discounted rates. We include hosting and access to our premium software (themes & plugins) and stock photo licenses with your monthly service plan so that you do not have to incur these extra fees.

Q: Do you offer a flat rate, with no monthly fees?

This can be done but it is not recommended. By opting out of the monthly services (security system, backups, and critical software updates), your website will be at very high risk for a hack, malware attack, and security breaches. These events can have a long-term, detrimental effect on search engine rankings and your domain name.

In addition, your website (like all software) will eventually go out of date and become obsolete if it’s not maintained.


Q: How much is the booking software?
It’s $25/month for an unlimited number of employees and one Google calendar sync. To sync to more than one Google calendar, there’s a one-time connection fee of $99/each.
Q: How does the booking software work?

Our booking software integrates with the Google calendar. Each individual employee’s personal calendars can also be integrated with our online booking system.

Q: Does the booking software integrate with my current booking software?

If your software integrates with Google calendar then yes. If it does not, then no.

Q: When someone books an appointment, how am I notified?

You and the customer will be notified by email once an appointment has been made. You may also log in to your website dashboard or open your personal Google calendar to see what appointments have been scheduled.

Q: What payment options are available to book appointments?

You can integrate the booking software with your PayPal or Stripe account. You may also allow your customers the option to pay on-site.

Q: Can I make an appointment for a client?

Yes, you will have the ability to make appointments for clients through the website dashboard or through your Google calendar. If you want them to receive reminders, you will need to schedule them through the website dashboard.

Q: Do you setup the booking software?

We install and customize the “look” of the booking software. You are responsible for adding your locations, services, and employees as well as their working schedules and calendar integrations. You are also responsible for integrating any necessary merchant details or additional SMS text messaging software.

Video tutorials will be provided. If you need assistance setting-up the software, we can help for an additional charge.

Q: Are SMS and Push notifications supported?

Email and SMS notifications are included but Push notifications are not yet supported.

Q: Is it free to send out appointment reminders?

Email appointment notifications are free. SMS text notifications require you to create an account with an integrated SMS software and the pricing is based on your carrier. Prices are typically less than $.01 per text message.


How much does the review software cost?

It’s 25/month.

Q: Can I incentivize my review requests?

Yes, you can offer discount codes or incentives to your customers in return for leaving a review.

Q: Can I publish reviews for my clients to Google/Facebook?

Unfortunately, it’s not technically possible to post a review on someone else’s behalf. Each customer must submit their own review.

Q: Which review platforms can I connect to the software?

Google, Facebook, Yelp & TrustPilot, TripAdvisor, and Amazon. You can also use Zapier to make more connections.
