Authorization
I am contracting Gulf Web Services dba. Digital Glam Squad as an independent contractor for the specific project of developing a website. Although website rights and ownership will be given to Client after one full calendar year, Digital Glam Squad reserves the rights and ownership of any original artwork or source files. Digital Glam Squad also reserves the right to claim the design work with a small link on the bottom of the Clients’ site and/or also to use the Client’s website in our respective portfolios.

Website Package Includes
This website will be designed in a responsive format that will automatically resize to computers, tablets, and smartphones.

- Choice of one of our glamorous designs
- Up to five (5) website pages, the client is responsible for providing all content.
- 1 contact form that can be filled out online and submitted by email.
- Up to 15 minutes of content edits per month
- Use of up to 10 stock photos throughout the site ($100 value). Additional photos are $10 each.
- Search engine optimization techniques applied including things such as quick website load time, mobile-friendly design, SSL certificate installed on the domain, etc.
- Browser & device tested with the iPad, iPhone, Android, Modern Browsers (Firefox, Safari & Chrome)
- Inclusion of one social media feed.
- Website Hosting
- Monthly WordPress software & plugin updates
- Monthly Theme & WordPress updates
- Top-Tier Security System and regular malware scans
- Complete Backups monthly, stored off-site (kept for a minimum of 3 months)
- Google Analytics Monthly Reporting (Client must provide access to Google Business account)
- Let's Encrypt SSL security certificate installed on the entire site.

Domain Name Registration
The Client will secure a domain name (www.yourname.com) for the loading of the finished site. If the Client already has a domain name, Digital Glam Squad will coordinate redirecting the address to the new host, if necessary.

Website Content
The client is responsible for providing all digital content including any verbiage, photos, graphics, logos, PDFs, videos, etc. To complete your project on schedule, all content must be delivered to Digital Glam Squad prior to the project's start.

If the need arises, the Client agrees to reimburse Digital Glam Squad for any Client requested expenses necessary for the completion of the project. Examples would be:
- Purchase of specific fonts at the Client’s request
- Purchase of stock photography or videos at the Client’s request (beyond the 10 photos that are included)
- Purchase of specific software at the Client’s request, or as needed to complete the project as scoped.

Website Revisions
During the construction phase of the website, the Client may request up to two design/layout revisions. Once the website has been approved and made live, any further revisions requested by the Client will be billed at our hourly rate.

Website Edits
Once the website is completed and live, the Client may request Digital Glam Squad to make up to 15 minutes of content edits per month. If the Client does not request any updates during a given month, the 15-minute allotment of time does not roll over to another month. Any other requested website edits that exceed that time frame would be billed at our hourly rate, at the end of the month.

Website Cancellation
The client agrees to a minimum of one year term. After 1 year, the client may continue or cancel services at any time. No refunds will be given for any portion of the month of cancellation. These services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, usage of and access to software updates for the premium security system, backup system, premium theme & plugin software will also be terminated.

If the client chooses to cancel services prior to the minimum term, they agree to pay the remainder of the one-year commitment monthly fees in one lump sum. Upon cancellation, usage of and access to software updates for the premium security system, backup system, premium theme & plugin software will also be terminated.

In the event of the client moving to a third-party hosting provider, the client will be given Administrative access to their WordPress dashboard. The client is responsible for the transferring of data. The client will also be responsible for purchasing any necessary software licenses needed to run the website as these are non-transferrable.

By opting to maintain the website by a non-professional, the Client’s website will be at very high risk for a hack, malware attack, and security breaches. These events can have a long-term, detrimental effect on search engine rankings and domain names.

Completion Date
Digital Glam Squad and the Client must work together to complete the website in a timely manner. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the entire website in less than 20 business days from the completion of the Getting Started form, considering that the Client provides all needed content within that time.

Website Agreement
The Client agrees to supply all content for the website digitally. In the case that the Client desires additional work to be done to the website beyond what is specified in this contract or after the website is complete, the Client agrees to pay Digital Glam Squad our current hourly rate for additional work.

Compatibility
This agreement contemplates the creation of a website viewable by Firefox, Chrome, and Safari for Mac & PC. Prior to launch, the site will also be tested on the latest iPad, iPhone, and Android devices. The Client understands that not all browsers, computers, monitors, or mobile devices display websites in the same fashion and that any cosmetic differences in the finished website are not to be considered defects. The client is aware that some advanced techniques on the Internet may require a more recent browser version and brand or plug-in. The client is also aware that as new browser versions are released, or new Internet-capable products are developed, the new versions and/or products may not be backward compatible. Time spent to redesign a site for compatibility due to the introduction of a new browser version or product will be separately negotiated and in addition to the base price of this agreement. If additional pages are necessary to accommodate specific browsers, plug-in technology, screen resolutions, or platforms, additional charges will apply.

Third-Party Modification or Services
Some Clients will desire to independently edit or update their web pages after completion of the site as a way to control costs and avoid the expense of a Maintenance Agreement. This is an option for Clients of Digital Glam Squad and for websites that need ongoing updates. Be aware, however, that if the Client or an agent of the Client other than Digital Glam Squad attempts to update the website and damages the design or impairs the ability for the web pages to display or function properly, and you wish for Digital Glam Squad to repair the web site or pages, work will be assessed at our current hourly rate. The client also agrees to inform Digital Glam Squad in writing of any internet advertising campaigns or directory services that they have performed or are performing prior to agreeing to the service. Failure to disclose this information may compromise any search engine optimization services provided by Digital Glam Squad.

Payment of Fees
Your website package price is: $199 start-up fee and $69/month. Fees to Digital Glam Squad are payable on the following schedule:
- $199 upon completion of the Getting Started form
- $69 each month thereafter

Payments must be made promptly. Digital Glam Squad reserves the right to remove the Client’s website from viewing on the Internet until payments are made.

Note: Rates for all services are subject to change. The client will be notified of any changes to our fees.

Copyrights and Trademarks
The client guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, or other artwork furnished to Digital Glam Squad for inclusion in the website are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements. The Client agrees to hold harmless, protect, and defend Digital Glam Squad from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.

Payment and Refund Policy.
This agreement begins with a payment of $199. If the Client halts work and applies by fax or email for a refund within 15 days, to the Director of Digital Glam Squad, phone (239) 574-9401, work completed shall be billed at the current hourly rate of $85/hour. No portion of this initial payment will be refunded once the work has begun.

I certify that I am authorized to make this agreement on behalf of my organization or business.
